An American screenwriter, director, and producer, known for his work on dance films, as he co-wrote the feature film Save the Last Dance (2001), which marked the launch of his career in that field, followed by the films Step Up Revolution (2012), Make Your Move (2013), which he also directed in addition to writing, and Step Up: All In (2014).
