Egyptian writer who began writing at an early age. In 1980, she wrote the TV series Women Confess Secretly which was directed by Hassan Seif El Din. Other works of hers include Haramlek, A Report to the Attorney General: A Love Story, and Strumming on Torn Strings, Garden City Ladies. She died on 14 July 2015.
