An Egyptian actor, born in Alexandria in 1949. He attended the Lycée school and obtained a BA from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. Afterwards, he moved to Prague, Czech Republic, where he studied directing. Sameh appeared in some secondary roles in Egyptian films, most notably The Sparrow (1974).
