Indian director, writer, and producer, born on January 6, 1971 in India to an Indian army general in Madhya Pradesh. She studied economics at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi. She also studied mass communications at Sophia College, Mumbai. She married Indian cinematographer Aseem Bajaj. She directed the TV series Say Na Something to Anupam Uncle (2000). In 2015, she wrote the movie Parched.
