An American producer, director, and writer, born on September 14, 1954, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Among his most prominent works are the series Sex and the City (1998), the movie Sex and the City (2008), Sex and the City 2 (2010), and The Comeback (2005). He won an Emmy Award twice in 2001 and 2002 for the series Sex and the City.
