A German actor, born in Bargteheide, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. He attended Eckhorst High School in Bargteheide until 2007. During this period, he made his first appearance in the German film Help, I'm a Boy! in 2002. He also got his first leading role in the movie Tough Enough...Read more (2006). In 2007, Stephen Daldry offered him a role in the 2008 film The Reader on the condition that Kross learn English until filming begins. Later, he was awarded the Chopard Trophy at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival for his role.
