A Turkish actor, born on August 2, 1952. He graduated from the Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department. He is the brother of the actor Mustafa Ugurlu. He won several awards, including Best Actor at Thessaloniki Film Festival for (Tabutta Rövaşata) in 1997. He also won Best Actor at the 9th Ankara Film Festival for the same film.
