Egyptian director whose uncle was the late director Fahmy Abdel Hamid. He participated in several works as an assistant director and supervisor of the Upper-Egyptian dialect in several series. He is known for Mountain Wolves (1993), Fleeing from Love (2000), and Aunt Safiya & the Monastery (1996).
