A Lebanese artist, nicknamed the Bride of Theaters. Artistic circles had known her since 1940 as Lebanon’s leading artist. She traveled throughout the capitals of the Arab countries and delighted audiences with her singing, artistic dances, and charming personality. Then she traveled to Brazil and enchanted the public there with her art and singing until major companies asked her to appear on television. She worked as a show singer and appeared in the films Kawkab Princess of the Desert (1946) and The Apple Seller (1939).
