An Iraqi actor, born in Baghdad in 1929. He entered the Elementary Teachers’ School and graduated from its Physical Education branch in 1951-1952. He later studied acting at the Baghdad College of Fine Arts, graduating in 1964-1965. He made his acting debut on stage in Molière's "Le Bourgeois gentilhomme" and directed two plays for the Performing Arts Troupe, including "The Guard". He joined the National Acting Troupe when it was formed in 1968 and participated in its first production, the play "Wahida". He appeared in seven movies, including Al-Qadisiyya and Inflamed Borders. He passed away in 1985.
