Egyptian writer and director who studied Mass Communication in Helwan University. He wrote and directed his first short film titled "The Fifth Pound" in 2006, followed by two films, Central, and Pale Red, in addition to a short documentary titled "Ghattas Abdo Fanous" in 2012. His first feature is titled Withered Green (2016) and was screened at Locarno International Film Festival's 69th Edition. He's known for One Man, Six Women (2007- 2009), and Mom's Husband S1 (2010).
