She is an American actress of Italian origins who was born on November 14, 1962 in West Orange, New Jersey. She received a degree in Fine Arts, majoring in acting, at Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. After graduation, she moved to New York to pursue an acting career. She's known for Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), Pretty Woman (1990), and Just Shoot Me! (1997-2003).
