He is an American actor, musician, and songwriter who was born on June 10, 1978 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He presented many television and film roles, and at the same time, he shifted to singing and writing songs, and is the lead singer in the punk rock band "Jonny Was". He got his first major role in 1999 in the TV series, Once And Again. He's known for ER (2004-2009), Nikita (2010-2013) and A Walk to Remember (2002). He won a Young Hollywood Award in 2002.
