An Emirati journalist who was born on June 7, of Jordanian origin. After graduating from the American University of Beirut at the end of 1974, he joined Dubai TV, and worked in the Programs Department until he became its director. He retired from television a few years before his death. He has supervised a wide range of documentaries about the heritage of the Emirates. As an actor, he participated in the series Rain Chant. He died on February 22, 2011 at the age of fifty-eight in the American Hospital in Dubai, after a difficult struggle with illness.
