He is an American actor who was born on January 7, 1956 in Forest Hills, New York. After graduating from high school in 1974, he briefly worked in commercials. His artistic career began in 1980. He became known for First Blood (1982), NYPD Blue (1993-1994), Proof of Life (2000), and CSI: Miami (2002-2012).
