Michael S. Vartan is an American actor, born on November 27, 1968 in Paris to a Bulgarian father and a Polish mother. He moved to the United States with his mother when he was five. He is known for Never Been Kissed (1999), Alias (2001-2006), and One Hour Photo (2002).
