He is an American actor born on May 17, 1966 in Iowa City. He graduated from Bella Vista High School in 1984 and from Harvard Law School in 1992. Harper also graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He started his career in 1993. He is known for CSI: NY (2004-2013), He Got Game (1998), and The Skulls (2000).
