American singer-songwriter and actor born November 9, 1947 in East Orange, New Jersey. He began his career in 1983. He's best known for his role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000-2015), for which he won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2005. His other credits include Starship Troopers (1997), and The Negotiator (1998).
