American producer, director, and writer, born November 30, 1965 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He went to a Catholic school and graduated from Indiana University in Indianapolis. He majored in journalism and worked as a journalist for many magazines and newspapers such as the Los Angeles Times and Entertainment Weekly. Among his most prominent works are: Glee (2009), American Horror Story(2011), Pose (2018) and Eat Pray Love (2010).
