An English actor and producer, born in Wales in 1974 to English parents. His mother was a dancer in a circus, and his father was a pilot. He moved with his family to many countries, including Portugal and the United States. He is known for Batman Begins , Reign of Fire, and The Portrait of a Lady. He won an Academy Award in 2011 for The Fighter.
