A Canadian director, writer and producer, born in Ontario, Canada. He graduated from the University of California, where he met writer and director Jason Friedberg, forming a duo, as they worked together on many works. He started out when he co-wrote the movie Spy Hard in 1996. Among his credits are Disaster Movie (2008), Vampires Suck (2010) and the Scary Movie film series.
