A British actor and producer, born on March 14, 1933 in Rotherheath, London, United Kingdom. He left high school at the age of sixteen and worked as an archivist and mailman for a film company. He performed national service from 1952 to 1954, first in Germany and then in the Korean War zone. He won an Oscar twice in the category of Best Supporting Actor for Hannah and Her Sisters (1987) and The Cider House Rules (2000). He is best known for working with director Christopher Nolan, and one of her most notable works is The Dark Knight in which he embodied the character of Alfred over the course of 3 years. His works include Now You See Me, The Quiet American, The Prestige, Tenet, and Kingsman: The Secret Service.


Michael Caine is an English actor born on the 14th of March 1933. At theh age of 18 he was called up for national service in the British Army. He was married to actress "Patricia Haines" from 1955 to 1958 and they had a daughter called "Dominique". Afterwards, in 1973 he married the actress and model Shakira Baksh and they have a daughter named "Natasha Haleema". Caine started his acting career at the age of 20 as an assistant stage manager. In 1965 he played the role of "Harry Palmer" in "Ipcress File" movie and played a title role in" Alfie"(1966). Getting more fame he starred in some excellent films :"Gambit" (1966),"Funeral in Berlin" (1966),"Play Dirty" (1969), "Battle of Britain"(1969),"Too Late the Hero" (1970), "The Last Valley" and "Get Carter" (1971), "The Eagle Has Landed" (1976) in addition to "Educating Rita" (1983). In 1986" he presented "Hannah and Her Sisters" for which he received his first Oscar encouraging him to gaining the second award in 1999 through "The Cider House Rules" and playing an impressive role in " Last Orders " (2001) which gained a huge public success. More over he appeared in more movies such as: "The Quiet American" (2002) for which he was Oscar-nominated," Austin Powers in Goldmember" (2002) ,"Batman film series" (2005). In 2006, he appeared in "Children of Men" and "The Prestige". On 13th of November 2009 the" Empire magazine" reported that "Harry Brown" would be caine's last lead role, while he totally denied this rumor in the "Daily Mirror" magazine. In 2010 he starred in the science fiction thriller "Inception" and in 2011 he voiced a supporting role in "Romeo and Juliet". He was appointed as "Commander of the Order of the British Empire" (CBE) in the 1992 and on the 5th of January 2011, he was made a Commander of the "Ordure des Arts et des Lettres" by France culture minister.In 2008, he was awarded the prize for Outstanding Contribution to Show business at the "Variety Club" Awards
