An American actor and writer who was born in Westbury, New York, United States, as Allan Abraham Silinsky. He studied acting at the HB Studio in New York City. His first short film, The Syndicate, won the Audience Award at the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2002, while his second one, The Fence, received an honorable mention at Cinevegas in 2008. His most famous works include Crash (2004), The Next Three Days (2010), 100 Code (2015), and Show Me a Hero (2015).
