An American actor, born January 20, 1963 in Nashville, Tennessee. He is best known for his role in the drama series Desperate Housewives, in which he played Mike Delfino. James holds a degree in Advertising in Television and Media from Tennessee University. He has worked in his field for a while, co-designing advertisements for CBS Television. His artistic beginnings came somewhat late, as he participated in theater productions at the age of 24. From his plays: A Streetcar Named Desire, Lapin Lapin, Flesh and Blood and The Night. He won the Best Actor Joseph Jefferson Award for theatrical work. As for his television debut, it was through the series The Pretender in 1996, in which he played the role of Mr. Lyle in its four parts. James has starred in many films and TV series, including: Band from TV: Hoggin' All the Covers, Tortured, Undead or Alive, Beautiful Dreamer and Jumbo Girl.
