An independent filmmaker, poet and short story writer. She has published many of her works in cultural newspapers and periodicals, worked as a coordinator of cultural activities in the cultural bureau of the "Alex Multimedia Center" and libraries in Egypt, and was part of the Egyptian director Ibrahim Batout's film Hawi (2010). She participated in the Biennial of Young Artists from European and Mediterranean countries in Rome 2011. She is one of the founders of the “Rofi” company for film production in Alexandria. She's known for the movie The Mice Room (2013).
