His star continued to rise with "Off The Wall" (1978), "An Evening with Robin Williams" (1982) and "Robin Williams: Live at the Met" (1986). The talented comedian actor was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in "Good Morning, Vietnam" (1987). He was later nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for "Good Will Hunting" (1997). The ever-versatile Williams avoided being pigeon-hole, and dove into dramatic and comedic roles alike. He turned in memorable performances in "Dead Poets Society" (1989), "The Fisher King" (1991), "Awakenings" (1990) and "What Dreams May Come" (1998), "Jumanji" (1995) and "Mrs. Doubtfire" (1993).
