An American actor and director, born in Chicago, Illinois, USA. His mother was a member of the Katherine Dunham Dance Company, while her father was a singer. He attended Columbia University in the United States. He sought to develop his artistic abilities and learn film directing. He's known for Gladiator (1992) and Orgazmo (1997).
