An Egyptian actor and cinematographer. He's the son of late director Ashraf Fahmy. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the Higher Institute of Cinema, Department of Cinematography. He appeared as a child in several films, including: Love in Parentheses (1993), and Spies Trap (1992). While as a director of photography he also has many works, most notably: Shehata's Shop (2009), Faroun (2013), and Cousins (2009).
