A Canadian director, producer, and writer, born in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada. He won many awards for film directing and writing. Roger and Quentin Tarantino won the Academy Award, BAFTA, and the Independent Spirit Award for the screenplay of Pulp Fiction (1994). In 1993, he wrote the film Killing Zoe, which won the award for Best Film at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival in Japan and Italy's Mystfest. His other credits include Silent Hill (2006), The Rules of Attraction (2002), and Beowulf (2007).
