An Indian Bollywood director and writer, born into a Sindhi family and was educated at Lawrence School. He's known for Dostana (2008) and Mohabbatein (2000). Aside from cinema, he directed a TV commercial titled "Lead India" to encourage people to vote in the national elections. He also acted in the sitcom Dekh Bhai Dekh.
