A Colombian producer, writer, and director, born in Bogotá, Colombia. He is the son of Nobel Prize-winning writer Gabriel García Márquez. His first film was Things You Can Tell Just by Looking at Her (2000), which screened at the Sundance Film Festival and won the Un Certain Regard Prize at the Cannes Film Festival. His works include Raymond & Ray (2022), Mother and Child (2009), and Nine Lives (2005).
