An American writer and producer, born in the United States as Arthur Thomas Monterastelli. He studied at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and San Francisco State University, where he graduated with a BA in English Literature. His works include High Incident (1996-1997), Timecop (1997-1998), The Hunted (2003), and Rambo (2008).
