An American actress, born in New York, USA, into a large family from the Dominican Republic. She's a graduate of Julia Richman High School, and she attended Skidmore College. She performed with various dance companies across Europe and the United States before transitioning into acting. She began her career in musical theater with a focus on dance. She made her TV debut in 1997, and some of her works include Still Alice (2014), Babygirl (2012), and Feel the Noise (2007).
