An American producer and writer, born in New York and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He played football and worked as a sports editor. He received a sports scholarship from the University of Cincinnati and joined the Disney Production Company in 1943. Some of his credits include Mary Poppins (1964) and One of Our Dinosaurs Is Missing (1975). He died on January 27, 1975, in Los Angeles, United States.
