He is an American actor, producer, and writer who was born on August 20, 1962 in Plumas County, California. He's best known as Spike in the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997), and its spin-off Angel (1999). His other notable credits include P.S. I Love You, and Dragonball Evolution.
