An American director and producer, born on August 31, 1920, in Rockway Beach, Queens, New York City. He directed nearly 100 films and series during his career. Among his works are Adventures of the Queen (1975), SST: Death Flight (1977), The Concorde... Airport '79 (1979), and Eye of the Cat (1969). He died on October 21, 2001, in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
