Kelly MacDonald is a Scottish actress who as a young barmaid in Scotland discovered a leaflet advertising an open audition for "Trainspotting." She won the part of Diane, a young seductress to protagonist Ewan McGregor, thus miraculously launching her career. Her film credits include "Finding Neverland" (2004), "Nanny McPhee" (2005), "No Country for Old Men" (2007), "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2" (2011) and "Brave" (2012). She's earned high praise for her performance in the award-winning HBO series "Boardwalk Empire" (2010-2012), for which she's earned two Golden Globe nominations.
