An American writer and producer, born in Rochester, New York, and raised in New Jersey and California, United States. He was educated at California State University, Sacramento. He also obtained a Master of Arts from the University of California, and worked at Paramount Pictures. Some of his credits include Funny Farm, The Dead Zone, and The Phantom.
