He is an American actor who was born in Abington, Pennsylvania on July 14, 1966. After he graduated from high school in Wyoming, he attended Deerfield Academy as well as Columbia University and majored in economics. He debuted his cinematic career at the age of 25. He is best known for Alex Cross, Bone Tomahawk, and Lost for which he was nominated for numerous awards, including an Emmy and a Golden Globe.
