British actor and writer born as James Anthony Piddock on 8 April 1956 in Kent, England. He made his acting debut on the TV series Wildside in 1985. As for his writing debut, it was Traces of Red (1992). His most notable works include Mascots (2016), Family Tree (2013), and Independence Day (1996). He was married once and has one daughter.
