An American director and writer, born in Hamburg, West Germany on April 20, 1976. He studied screenwriting at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg GmbH. He attended the directing program of the American Film Institute. His most famous works are A Necessary Death (2008), The Last Exorcism (2010), 13 Sins (2014), and Fear the Walking Dead (2017).
