He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1986, majoring in mathematics and computer science. His notable works include Mortal Kombat (1995), Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013), and Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge (2020).
