Dominic Purcell was born in England to a Norwegian father and Irish mother, but grew up in Australia. He was a working landscape gardener when he decided to enroll himself in drama school after watching “Platoon” and deciding he wanted to be an actor. He’s now known for appearances in “Mission Impossible II” (2000), “Equilibrium” (2002), “Blade: Trinity” (2004) and the show “Prison Break” (2005-2009).
