This color was not known or familiar in the singing circles. Aziz Ali was a critical artist in his first artistic stage from 1937 to 1939, and a political critic after this stage. Rather, he became one of the most advocates of revolution, and his production in all these stages indicates intellectual maturity, political awareness, and principled commitment. This is evident in his suspended position, support and actual participation in the May 1941 revolution, and he was arrested and imprisoned because of it. He was called to act in the movie Son of The East, which was directed by the Egyptian director Ibrahim Helmy and the filming took place between Iraq and Egypt.
