American actor, producer, and director born as Richard Lee Brooks on 9 December 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio. He made his debut on the TV series Hill Street Blues (1983). His works include The Hidden (1987), The Crow: City of Angels (1996), Being Mary Jane (2013-2019), and Anticipation (2020).
