An American actor and playwright, born in Trenton, New Jersey, United States. He began his career in the field of theater acting. Some of his credits include Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995) and Gia (1998). In 1977, he won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Play for The Shadow Box.
