An American producer and writer who graduated from Drew University in New Jersey, majoring in theater arts. He also received an honorary degree from Drew University in 2006. He married Noreen Halpern, and they have one child. His works include Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005), Desperate Housewives (2004-2007), Hellcats (2010-2011), and Defiance (2013-2015).
