An American actor, producer and director, born on December 4, 1954 in Washington, D.C. He made his debut in Sleepwalk (1986). He gained famed after starring in the horror movie Night of the Living Dead, and is best-known as the Candyman in the Candyman film series. His work includes The Crow, The Rock, and The Man from Earth.
