Croatian heavyweight boxer and actor, born in Split, Croatia. He began martial arts training at the age of twelve, first learning taekwondo and then karate, where he earned a black belt before switching to boxing. Just before the end of his athletic career, he shocked the martial arts community by winning the 1993 K-1 Grand Prix tournament. He played the villain in Skyscraper (1997). He died on March 23, 2020, in Solin, Croatia.
