He worked as a manager of the export department at the Sugar and Integrated Industries Company until he had the opportunity to act after his early retirement in 2009. He participated in a number of short films by young directors, such as One Direction, directed by Peter Mimi, Four Passengers, directed by Nourhan Metwally, and The Green Tape, directed by Ahmed Shawky.
